Optimal Weight Package

If you have been struggling with your weight for years and have tried numerous diets and eating plans without success or you have lost weight only to regain the weight and more, then this package is for you.

My aim is to help you achieve and maintain a weight that supports optimal health and vitality with minimal supplementation. Sometimes supplementation can be required to support your long-term health, but nutrition is always my focus. I want you to eat food that you love and enjoy preparing. I do not believe in faddy diets, and instead look for ways to make your goals achievable. By working together we can remove the feelings of guilt surrounding food that many feel and empower you towards life-long eating habits that are supportive of good health and energy.

I am aware that different people require varying degrees of support and so I have designed several packages to accommodate your needs.

menu plan and recipes

Initial consultation with 3 follow ups

£640

menu plan and recipes

Your initial nutrition consultation will last for 90 minutes and sometimes up to 2 hours. During this time we will discuss:

  • your full medical history and your family’s medical history
  • your current symptoms and areas of concern
  • your exercise and lifestyle status
  • any prescription medications and/or supplements that you have taken or are currently taking
  • your current diet and eating habits
  • If you are comfortable being weighed we will record your weight and other markers like visceral fat and water content. I find that biomarkers other than just weight, can be a much more positive way of marking your progress. I focus on health gains rather than weight loss.
  • Explore your mind set and any self-limiting beliefs that you may have
  • Explore stress and emotional eating

This information will enable me to create a detailed timeline of your health and explore factors that have affected your weight and health status.

Following this consultation, you will receive a personalised report with nutritional and lifestyle recommendations, 2 week menu plan, and recipes.

Sometimes I will recommend supplements and/or testing. For clients with long-term weight concerns testing can be essential. I will always explain my rationale for any recommendations.

Cost of supplements and testing are not included in the consultation package. Test results will be discussed in detail during a follow up consultation.

Your follow up consultations will last 45-60 minutes.

During this time we will discuss:

  • how you are feeling and compare back to your initial consultation
  • Check your weight and monitor your biomarkers to keep track of your progress
  • discover if you found anything challenging and find alternatives whenever possible
  • Continue to work on mind set
  • Set new goals

Please kindly note that prior to your initial consultation I will send you a health questionnaire to fill in and return to me at least 2 working days prior to your consultation. This is so that I may use the consultation time to examine your health status in detail.

If you do not return the questionnaire by this time, your consultation will be rescheduled and you will be subject to a cancellation charge (£125).

Optional Extras:

If you are able to travel to Arundel, West Sussex I would recommend

3 x physiotherapy/acupuncture sessions @ £75 per session with Sue-Ellen Nicholls.
