What is ProLon?

ProLon® is a 5-day dietary programme, scientifically developed and clinically tested at the University of Southern California Longevity Institute and School of Medicine, one of the leading centres for research on ageing and longevity.

15 years of extensive preclinical and clinical studies sponsored by the National Institute of Health (NIH) and conducted at the Longevity Institute and Diabetes and Obesity Research Institute of the University of Southern California (USC) resulted in the development of the first FMD™ which stimulates:

  • Cellular entry into a high protection and stress resistant mode
  • Removal of damaged cells and tissues
  • Self-repair through cellular regeneration and rejuvenation

What does ProLon® Consist of?

This meal programme consists of plant-based soups, bars, drinks, snacks, teas and supplement formula tablets – all designed to maximise the protective effects related to fasting, while providing your body with micronutrient nourishment, minimising the extreme hunger associated with fasting.

The programme contains everything you need for the 5-day fasting mimicking diet. Every day is packed in a convenient grab and go box, which are numbered for your convenience.
